Great Location and Water View
I enjoyed the great location of the hotel, being within walking distance to all necessary places, and the beautiful view of the water from the room. the cleanliness and odour issues in the room were disappointing and should be improved for a more comfortable stay.

The air conditioning in the room was a lifesaver during the hot Mackay days, making it cooler than a polar bear's toenails. Coming back from the sunny outdoors to the chilled room felt like stepping into an Arctic igloo, refreshing and rejuvenating.
Window couldn't be opened.

Room lacks decoration. Bedside lights unusable.
